Joshua Johnson is the creative director of Mindbox Studios and partner in Be Creative, a collective of creative professionals who are passionate about digital communication, entertainment, developing creative communities , and having a social impact. Joshua is from northern Ohio and moved his family down to Cincinnati to pursue his dream of creating a different kind of company, one founded on values and principles that would last for generations to come. Whether it be in the Web Design business in Cincinnati or the Movie business in L.A., Joshua has a passion for creativity that defies the traditional boundaries of industry specific business.
Lauren Russell has mad skills. She's like a PHP ninja. Her background in mechanical engineering has lent itself in equipping her with an amazing knack for problem solving. Her approach to a development project is that of a designer and engineer. She creates the engines behind the websites and applications that make Mindbox Studios successful. In other words, she's good. Real good.
Chris Costanza is as solid as they come. His thorough approach to project management and meticulous detailing of HTML and CSS make Chris a force to be reckoned with. A one time solo business owner himself, Chris knows what it takes to run a web design business in Cincinnati, now that we finally got him to leave Cleveland and move down here.
Lucas Cole is the proverbial "caulk" of this Cincinnati Web Design team. He fills all the gaps. He does the grunt work the rest of the team is too busy designing and coding to do. That's right: invoicing, bookkeeping, purchasing, finance, SEO... The dirty work behind the beautiful curtain that is Web Design.
